  • 1954 (Showa 29): Founded Motoya Livestock and Meat in Shinochi-cho, Nogata City (Engaged in horse and cattle fattening, meat sales, etc.)

  • 1959 (Showa 34): Establishment of Motoda Butcher Shop

  • 1975 (Showa 50): Renamed to Chikuzenya Sangyo

  • 1980 (Showa 55): Established a self-owned factory in Shinyu, Nogata City (Engaged in processing of boiled beef sushi, skewering, and yakitori)

  • 2001 (Heisei 13): Established Chikuzenya Co., Ltd. and incorporated as a legal entity

  • 2010 (Heisei 22): Established Marunichi Food Co., Ltd. (Based in Hokkaido, promoting sales of Hokkaido products through the web, etc.)

  • 2015 (Heisei 27): Started exporting Japanese beef ※ Commenced export of Japanese beef to Singapore

  • 2016 (Heisei 28): Established Gulf Asia Pure Food Corporation (Export and promotion of HALAL food for Muslims) ※ Started exporting Japanese beef to the Philippines

  • 2017 (Heisei 29): Established Chikuzenya Sangyo Co., Ltd. (Engaged in production and sales of agricultural products, spun off real estate division)

  • 2020 (Reiwa 2): New factory in Shinyu obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification ※ Started exporting HALAL WAGYU (Japanese beef) to Malaysia

  • 2022 (Wareki 4): Established the Fisheries Business Division and obtained a feed sales registration ※ Started exporting black tuna to Malaysia and supplying live bait to black tuna farms.
