My Mission

The products we offer under our own brand, manufactured in Chikuzen-ya’s factory, are exclusively made using domestically sourced ingredients. In particular, our factory receives various cuts of beef tendons from different regions across the country.

These ingredients undergo boiling and heating processes at the manufacturer, factory, and product levels to ensure a consistent texture for all cuts of beef tendons. We deliver them to our customers in a state where every portion of beef tendons has the same texture.

This commitment is possible because we strictly use domestically produced beef, and we recognize it as a testament to the technical expertise of Japanese beef producers.
